Z-CERT makes healthcare digitally safer. Internationally, we contribute by collaborating across borders on knowledge sharing, threat analysis, and incident response. Cyber threats do not stop at national borders. Neither does our approach.
Z-CERT, a non-profit organization, is the leading international collaboration platform for cybersecurity in the healthcare sector. Through active participation in the European Health ISAC and partnerships with international CERTs, we build an ecosystem where threats are detected early, knowledge flows freely, and coordinated response is the norm. Our goal: a resilient healthcare sector that protects across borders.
Z-CERT has been designated by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport as the sectoral CSIRT for the Dutch healthcare sector. In this statutory role, we support healthcare organisations in complying with the Cyber Security Act (Cbw) and the NIS2 Directive. This national responsibility forms the foundation of our international ambitions: what we learn in the Netherlands, we share globally.
